Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy
Purchase Options
Highest Good products may be purchased through the purchase options made available on our website.
Before completing your order, please carefully review your selected products, quantities, delivery address and other order details.
Once an order has been submitted, we begin processing it as soon as reasonably possible.
Cancelling an Order
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@highestgood.com.au and include your order number.
We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests where an order has not yet been dispatched.
However, because coffee orders may be processed and prepared for dispatch shortly after purchase, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation will be possible.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot generally be cancelled.
Incorrect Order Details
If you have entered an incorrect delivery address or other information, contact us immediately with your order number and the correct details.
If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update the information.
Coffee Orders
Roasted coffee is a perishable product. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns or exchanges due to change of mind.
If there is a problem with your order, including receiving an incorrect, damaged or defective product, please contact us so we can assess the issue.
Non-Perishable Products
Eligible non-perishable products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Products must generally be unused and returned in their original packaging.
Refunds Following Cancellation
Where an order is successfully cancelled before dispatch and a refund is applicable, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this cancellation policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product is faulty, defective, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees, you may have rights to a remedy regardless of this cancellation policy.
