Premium Vietnamese Arabica from the highlands of Da Lat, roasted fresh in Australia and packed to order.
Grown at 1,400–1,600 m near Da Lat, where cool mist and volcanic soil slow the ripening of the cherry, The Grounded is a Catimor Arabica: medium-bodied and velvety, with milk chocolate, mild sweetness and gentle spice. Proof that Vietnam does great Arabica, and a smoother, brighter choice for anyone who finds Robusta too intense.
Perfect for
- Black coffee drinkers who prefer brightness over bitterness

Frequently asked questions
Is Vietnamese Arabica as strong as Robusta?
No. Arabica has roughly half the caffeine of Robusta and a softer, sweeter cup. If you want more kick, try The Mighty or The True.
What grind should I choose?
Phin grind for a Vietnamese phin filter, espresso grind for machines, or whole bean if you grind at home (best for freshness).
How do I brew it?
See our phin filter guide or espresso at home guide.
How should I store it?
In an airtight container away from light and heat. It's at its best within 4–6 weeks of roasting.
