Our Master Blend: smooth, balanced Vietnamese coffee for every day, roasted fresh in Australia and packed to order.
An even 50/50 split of Robusta and Arabica, medium-roasted for a smoother, gentler cup: chocolate, caramel and nuts, with natural sweetness and less of the bitter edge. It's the blend we'd hand to anyone trying Vietnamese coffee for the first time.

Frequently asked questions
I've never had Vietnamese coffee. Where should I start?
Right here. The 50/50 blend gives you Vietnamese body and chocolate notes without the full Robusta intensity. Make it as iced coffee with condensed milk using our Cà Phê Sữa Đá recipe.
Does it work in an espresso machine?
Yes. Choose espresso grind or whole bean; it makes clean shots for lattes and flat whites. See our espresso guide.
How much caffeine does it have?
More than a typical all-Arabica coffee, less than our Robusta-heavy blends like The True.
How should I store it?
In an airtight container away from light and heat. It's at its best within 4–6 weeks of roasting.
